Moulding Equipment
We have been creating custom moulding using the top of the line grinders and moulders from Weinig for decades.
We have been templating and grinding custom profiles by hand on our Weinig Rondamat 960 for decades and have a library of more than 6,000 profiles that have been expertly matched to customer profiles and drawings. Each year we add 150+ new profiles to ensure a perfect fit.
In 2025 we upgraded our grinding capabilities to our new Weinig Rondamat 1000 CNC Grinder for improved precision and quality.
Our premium hardwoods are ripped in house on our Weing Variorip 310, infeed table includes a laser scanner to ensure the board lengths meet specifications, and laser projections allow the operator to avoid any defects that might be visible on the surface.
With the addition of the CNC Grinder, we also upgraded the moulder to a Weinig Powermat 1500 with increased power and variable speed motors and added an infeed table to allow the operator to spend more time on the outfeed sander to ensure top notch quality.

Commercial Casework
You can still find the Giben Beam Saw in operation that was the heart and soul of our casework department more than a quarter century ago, but we have leveled up multiply times since then. The Giben Beam Saw is still efficient for custom rips and cross cuts for many of our contractors to save time and money on the job site.
Our Winstore material management system organizes and moves hundreds of different material SKUs each year. All sheets are labeled prior to machining to ensure the final product matches the spec.
Our Biesse Rover A router allows for precision machining of finished millwork pieces and is also used for custom shop jigs and templates for radius and truss manufacturing.

Our Holz-Her Accura edgebander provides a clean and consistent PVC or Wood Edge for a seamless finished look in various edge thicknesses and profiles.
Limitless Precision
5-Axis
Our 5-Axis expands the capabilities of our extensive collection of machines in our custom shop providing multiple methods of fabrication.
The SCM Accord 40 allows for precision machining with multiple work zones. All fixturing devices are programmable to allow for custom setups, and the tool change allows for 80 tools including custom moulding knives for radius mouldings and railings.
