Discovery Meeting

Shaw/Stewart works with customers to identify their needs and share our focus to ensure there is a mutual fit.

Capability Tour

Shaw/Stewart facilitates a tour on site to share what we have to offer and ensure we have your needs covered.

Proposal

Shaw/Stewart’s team of experts will provide a proposal, identifying any foreseen obstacles along with recommendations. Our team will review the proposal one on one and revise the scope as necessary.

Accept Proposal

Shaw/Stewart will finalize scope and terms and schedule a preconstruction meeting.

Preconstruction Meeting

Shaw/Stewart’s Team will confirm scope, schedule, change order/RFI process, drawing and sample requirements and submittal process, and confirm any special requirements for delivery and billings.

Project Management

Shaw/Stewart’s Team will manage the project to the agreed upon schedule, and coordinate any necessary revisions or site meetings.

Project Closeout

Shaw/Stewart’s Team will provide any necessary close-out documents and schedule a project review meeting to make improvements for the next project.
